Service Description
torianexyvel provides subscription-based financial planning consultation services for a monthly fee of $250 AUD plus applicable GST.
Services are available to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
User Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to

- Keep your account information current and secure
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during consultations
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- Infringing upon or violating intellectual property rights
- Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform remain the exclusive property of torianexyvel.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Payment Terms
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance and include GST where applicable.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of cancelled subscriptions
Billing Cycle: Monthly billing occurs on the same date each month from your initial subscription
Limitation of Liability
torianexyvel's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify torianexyvel against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
Dispute Resolution

Arbitration
Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian commercial arbitration rules.
Online Dispute Resolution
EU residents may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for consumer disputes.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of terms.
Upon termination, access to services ceases, but confidentiality obligations continue.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Australian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
